Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food and beverage manufacturer in Leominster, MA. You’ll keep the plant’s manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a direct hire position with full benefits and an annual bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Repair and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, switches, controls and other components
• Install, adjust and calibrate equipment as needed
• Handle basic welding, fabrication and machine shop work
• Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment diagrams and schematics
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs and inspections
• Track parts and supplies and flag inventory needs
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety procedures
• Work with production and operations to fix issues and improve equipment reliability

What You Bring

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Food, beverage or packaging plant experience is a plus
