Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Outside Loan Officers / Loan Originators with a background in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors.

This opportunity is ideal for production-focused originators who have an existing book of business, established investor relationships, and experience originating DSCR and investment-property loans. You will have the opportunity to grow your production on a national lending platform while leveraging company-provided leads, technology, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow a book of business within the Business Purpose Lending space.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors, referral partners, and broker partners.
• Originate and structure financing solutions for investment properties.
• Drive production across DSCR and other business-purpose lending products.
• Consult with investors to understand their financing objectives and structure appropriate loan solutions.
• Generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
• Manage opportunities throughout the origination process from initial qualification through closing.
• Partner closely with underwriting, processing, and operations teams to facilitate efficient loan closings.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to qualify, structure, and manage opportunities efficiently.
• Consistently achieve production and closing targets while delivering a strong client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL), DSCR lending, or investment-property lending.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSCR loans and real estate investor financing.
• Existing book of business and established relationships with real estate investors and/or referral partners.
• Proven history of originating and closing loans.
• Experience generating and converting business through direct client relationships.
• Strong sales, business development, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand borrower scenarios and structure appropriate lending solutions.
• Entrepreneurial and production-driven approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Fix & Flip financing
• Bridge loans
• Ground-Up Construction financing
• Rental property financing
• Private or alternative real estate lending
• Investor-focused loan products

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven producer who understands the real estate investor market and can demonstrate measurable loan production. You have established investor relationships, understand how to structure investment-property transactions, and are motivated to expand your book of business on a national platform.
