A busy and fast-paced law firm in North Jersey is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active caseloads from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case management
• Organize and maintain case files from intake through settlement or trial
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and medical record collection
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
• Prepare legal documents, demand packages, and trial materials
• Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience handling medical records, bills, and case documentation
• Familiarity with case management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
