Overview

A high-performing plaintiff-side law firm in North Jersey is seeking two attorneys to join its growing team: one focused on Personal Injury (Trial Attorney) and one focused on Workers’ Compensation. This is a hands-on litigation role for attorneys who want to manage their own cases, drive strategy, and play a direct role in client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
• Prepare cases for litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Coordinate witnesses and organize exhibits
• Provide strong, responsive client service throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar admission required
• 2–5 years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers’ Compensation
• Trial experience required for Personal Injury Trial Attorney role
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000 – $140,000, depending on experience
