Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Middletown, CT. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who is looking to continue developing their skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment uptime

• Assist with fabrication and machining tasks as needed

• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections

• Work with motors and mechanical components

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related experience required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

• Experience working with tools, machinery, or shop equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

 

• Welding experience

• Fabrication or machining experience

• Experience working with motors or industrial equipment
