Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can independently set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain tight tolerances, and the capability to make program edits at the machine as necessary. The ideal candidate has experience machining complex parts from challenging materials such as Inconel, Titanium, and Molybdenum.
Schedule Options:
Monday–Friday
6:00am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm
Compensation:
$24.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime available (most employees work 40–45 hours weekly; some up to 55 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with minimal supervision
Inspect and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments
Maintain tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Make program edits and adjust offsets at the machine
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams
Qualifications:
3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
Proven setup experience including tooling selection and inspection
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Ability to edit CNC programs at the machine
Experience holding tight tolerances (±.0005”)
Experience machining exotic materials such as Inconel, Titanium, and Molybdenum preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
