About the Role

Seeking an experienced sales hunter to drive new business within professional staffing. You’ll target mid-market and enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and grow market share across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sign new clients.

  • Lead full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.

  • Sell professional staffing and managed services solutions.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Hit sales targets and attend industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.).

  • Proven success winning new clients in staffing or managed services (MSP/RPO/VMS).

  • Strong network in TA, Procurement, and MSP communities.

  • Skilled in complex enterprise sales.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Tech-savvy; CRM experience required.

  • Must live in the U.S.
