Overview

Oversee all biomedical and imaging services for a large hospital. Lead the clinical engineering team, manage regulatory compliance, drive capital projects, and ensure reliable, high-quality technology support across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical engineering staff.

• Oversee maintenance and repair of clinical devices and imaging equipment.

• Ensure compliance with CIHQ, DNV, TJC, and all regulatory requirements.

• Manage budgets, purchasing, vendor contracts, and capital project planning.

• Improve operational performance and service quality.

• Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with clinical device maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, TJC).

• Proven leadership and financial management skills.

Hands-on operational leader with deep HTM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance, compliance, and technology reliability in a fast-paced hospital environment.
