Job Type: 6-Month Contract
Pay Range: $80–$85 per hour

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Consultant to lead and deliver full-cycle OIA implementations. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in OIA rules authoring, rating design, decision modeling, and integrations with Oracle subledger applications. Experience supporting complex accounting workflows, particularly custodial accounting, is strongly preferred.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional co-location at the client site as needed. Candidates in the Central Time Zone are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) implementations
• Design, build, and configure OIA rules, rating models, and decision flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional business, finance, and technical teams to define requirements
• Oversee integrations with downstream Oracle applications and ensure data integrity
• Provide subject matter expertise on OIA architecture and Oracle Process Automation (OPA)
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations for performance and scalability
• Deliver documentation, functional design specifications, and implementation artifacts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA)
• Proven success leading full lifecycle OIA implementations
• Strong knowledge of OIA architecture, rules modeling, and subledger integrations
• Experience in finance, accounting, or custodial accounting environments preferred
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable OIA solutions
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
