Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in elevating the quality of our team within a growing Financial Services organization. This is a strategic, high-volume, hands-on role responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of complex and niche positions, including Sales, Information Technology, and Management roles. You will not only manage the entire process but also serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders to drive critical hiring decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from proactive sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding, for a high volume of diverse and complex roles.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and deploy effective talent acquisition campaigns, utilizing proactive networking and online sources (LinkedIn Recruiter) to build robust talent pipelines and elevate the caliber of candidates.

  • Consulting & Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to hiring managers and business leaders. Consult on interview and selection decisions to ensure optimal hiring choices are made.

  • Process Management: Actively track and manage candidate data within the ATS, driving workflows to ensure a timely, compliant, and positive candidate experience from requisition to onboarding.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process re-engineering and drive projects to improve the workflow and capabilities of the Talent Acquisition Team.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of direct recruitment experience required.

  • Proven success recruiting for Sales and/or Technology roles, positions of complexity, and senior-level opportunities within a matrixed and distributed environment.

  • Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing and being adept with ATS platforms (UltiPro/UKG experience is a plus).

  • Preferred: Experience in the Financial Services or Mortgage Industry.
