Role Overview
Seeking a compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a full-time role (4 days per week) with flexible scheduling and opportunities to expand into aesthetics, hormone therapy, and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings
Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
Diagnose and treat conditions such as UTIs, menstrual disorders, and hormonal imbalances
Support medical weight loss programs and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with clinical leadership on individualized care plans
Educate patients on preventive health and wellness practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
Must-Haves
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Washington
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads with women’s health focus considered)
DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Preferred
Prior experience in women’s health
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
