Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

We are seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business growth and expand enterprise relationships. You will own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, consistently close six-figure SaaS deals, and engage with senior executives across large organizations. This role requires a proven track record of quota overachievement and value-based selling.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve or exceed quota.

  • Prospect and secure new enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.

  • Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers.

  • Apply MEDDPICC or equivalent value-based selling methodology to drive customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.

  • Travel as needed to advance client relationships and deals.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure ($200k+) SaaS deals.

  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting.

  • Experience selling to C-Suite and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CHRO, Finance leaders).

  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Must be within commuting distance of Dallas/Westlake, TX (onsite Tue–Thu).
