We are seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business growth and expand enterprise relationships. You will own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, consistently close six-figure SaaS deals, and engage with senior executives across large organizations. This role requires a proven track record of quota overachievement and value-based selling.
Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve or exceed quota.
Prospect and secure new enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers.
Apply MEDDPICC or equivalent value-based selling methodology to drive customer outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
Travel as needed to advance client relationships and deals.
7+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure ($200k+) SaaS deals.
Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting.
Experience selling to C-Suite and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CHRO, Finance leaders).
Proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex solutions.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be within commuting distance of Dallas/Westlake, TX (onsite Tue–Thu).
