About the Role
We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide therapy services for elementary school students (grades K–6). This role offers flexibility to follow a traditional school-year schedule with summers off or to work year-round with diverse caseload options.
Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language therapy to children in school, outpatient, or community settings.
Conduct screenings, evaluations, direct therapy, and caregiver instruction.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support communication and educational goals.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with measurable outcomes.
Document progress and adjust therapy goals as needed.
Support family involvement to reinforce therapy strategies outside of sessions.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship in progress
Active or eligible Maine SLP license
Current CPR certification
Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
