Inside Sales Representative

Waterbury, CT

A leading provider of lease financing for exotic, vintage, and luxury vehicles seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join its on-site team in the Waterbury, CT area. This role will focus on qualifying inbound leads, building relationships with dealers and clients, and driving new business.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads from dealers, auctions, and events

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and dealers

  • Conduct consultative sales calls to match clients with leasing solutions

  • Manage CRM pipeline and collaborate with operations teams for smooth deal execution

Requirements

  • 2–3 years inside sales or account management experience in finance, leasing, automotive, or high-value B2B sales

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

  • CRM proficiency; self-motivated and goal-driven
