A leading provider of lease financing for exotic, vintage, and luxury vehicles seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join its on-site team in the Waterbury, CT area. This role will focus on qualifying inbound leads, building relationships with dealers and clients, and driving new business.
Responsibilities
Qualify and manage inbound leads from dealers, auctions, and events
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and dealers
Conduct consultative sales calls to match clients with leasing solutions
Manage CRM pipeline and collaborate with operations teams for smooth deal execution
Requirements
2–3 years inside sales or account management experience in finance, leasing, automotive, or high-value B2B sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
CRM proficiency; self-motivated and goal-driven
