Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in healthcare finance to support strategic and operational decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with cost accounting, proforma development, and data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational data to support executive decision-making

• Develop cost models, financial proformas, and strategic recommendations

• Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities across departments

• Prepare and validate financial reports to ensure data integrity

• Collaborate with stakeholders on system-wide financial initiatives

• Support implementation of financial systems and reporting tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration

  OR

  10+ years of relevant healthcare finance experience in lieu of degree

• 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis experience

• Proficient in SQL, Excel (including advanced functions), and Microsoft Access

• Demonstrated experience with hospital financial and clinical data

• Strong background in cost accounting and proforma analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration

• Experience with healthcare reimbursement and contract management systems

• Advanced skills in Tableau and dashboard development

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Hybrid schedule with occasional on-site meetings (local candidates preferred)

Additional Information:

This is a salaried role offering 80 hours per pay period with no weekend or on-call requirements.
