Overview
You’ll keep our production lines running smoothly by performing multi-craft equipment maintenance focused on reliability, preventives, and quick troubleshooting. You’ll also mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous-improvement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and major overhauls on motors, conveyors, and other production machinery
Diagnose and repair mechanical drive systems, electrical circuits, wiring, and control panels
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and OEM manuals
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure equipment alignment and tolerances
Log maintenance activities and update CMMS records to build historical data
Recommend process or procedure changes to improve uptime and efficiency
Train and mentor operators and junior technicians on safe, proper equipment use
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance (mechanical and electrical)
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS software
Strong ability to troubleshoot using logical, systematic methods
Experience with drill presses, band saws, hand and portable power tools
Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs and work safely in an industrial environment
Excellent communication skills for phone and in-person interviews and assessments
