Overview

 

We’re seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager with a background in Physical or Occupational Therapy to lead operations at a busy outpatient rehab center. This role blends hands-on patient care with team leadership and business oversight — ideal for someone ready to step into a clinical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehab clinic

• Maintain a personal caseload while supporting clinical best practices

• Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy and support staff

• Partner with regional leadership to drive clinic growth and performance

• Monitor operational KPIs, staffing, and productivity metrics

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and community partners

• Support quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

 

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program

• Active PT or OT license in the state of practice

• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience

• Prior leadership, mentorship, or management experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
