Position Overview:
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team, in this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations and leading a dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Manage inventory and procurement.

  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Pharmacist.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software systems.
