Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual talent development sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of individuals.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and recommend vendors to provide top-tier talent development solutions; coordinate with vendor partners to ensure high-quality product/service delivery.
Strategic Consultation: Proactively serve as an internal and strategic consultant on talent development services with a focus on developing future skills and capabilities.
Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of innovative talent development strategies that optimize work effectiveness.
Project Management: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality solutions on time; prioritize multiple project plans and make decisions on priorities, timing, and resources.
Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure the alignment of risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate issues appropriately.
