Job Description:
As a Staffing/Recruiting Intern, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to our recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in candidate sourcing: Utilize various tools, networks, and strategies to identify potential candidates for the organization.
2. Resume screening: Review and assess applicants' education, experience, and skills to determine fittingness for available intern roles.
3. Interviewing: Participate in initial screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide feedback to the recruiting team.
4. Coordination: Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Recruitment administration: Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and responding to candidate inquiries.
6. Reporting: Assist in compiling recruitment data and generating reports on recruitment activities.
7. Collaborate: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand and help meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
